Our work targets children, youth, women and the whole family. Armaa works in the following sectors: Culture, Children’s Rights, Youth and Women Empowerment and Voluntary work.

 Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Senior Project Coordinator located in East Jerusalem/Al Ram. The Senior Project Coordinator will oversee and manage multiple projects throughout their lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. They will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure that deadlines and deliverables are met, resources are allocated appropriately, and risks are managed effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field

5+ years of experience in project management, with proven experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously

Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines

Experience with project management tools.

Knowledge of project management.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
