Deal with the customers face to face.
Deal with the clients especially for the repeated repaired devices.
Obtain all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Responsible for maintenance invoices collection.
Obtain all customer information needed.
Direct deal with technician and follow up device status.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any equivalent field.
2 years' experience in dealing with the customers within high standards.
