- تحمل الضغوط الخاصة بالعمل.

- الاهتمام بمشاكل الزبائن والمساعدة في حلها، ونقل الشكاوى والاقتراحات إلى إدارة الشركة.
- أن يكون حاصلا على رخصة قيادة شحن 15 طن مع خبرة في قيادة الشاحنات.
