“One vacant position”

Duties & Responsibilities:

1-Managing Palestinian Prosecution Services data centers in terms of; hardware and software upgrades, updates, enhancements, security, monitoring, analysis, control, evaluation, backup and disaster recovery policies and procedures
2-Establish system by planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN, WAN and wireless networks, operating and system management systems; defining system and operational policies and procedures.
3-Develops security recommendations and plans for implementation.
4-Support Procurement and inventory maintenance of ICT equipment and accessories.

Skills & Qualifications:

1-University degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field.
2-Minimum 6 years experience in similar positions.
3-Strong familiarity with security issues surrounding network computing and experience in implementation of security systems and controls.
4-Strong understanding of OS vulnerabilities and remediation.
5-Excellent understanding of computer hardware/networking products, System Administration and operation, Developing Standards, Maintain Databases, LAN Knowledge, Proxy Servers, Training, Multi-tasking, On-Call, Networking Knowledge, Network Hardware Configuration, Network Maintenance, Network Performance Tuning.
6-Excellent experience in various Linux OS flavors.
7-Excellent experience in deploying and troubleshooting network infrastructure services.
8-Career certifications (CCNP, RHCE ... etc) is a plus.
9-Experience in VoIP and IP telephony is a plus.
10-Effective oral and written communication skills, fast learner, teamwork, attention to details.
11-Above average command of English language.
12-Hard worker with ability to prioritize tasks and handle emergency situations.
