PURPOSE OF THIS RFQ
OXFAM in partnership with TAMER Institute for Community Education (Tamer) and Economic & Social Development Center of Palestine (ESDC) are implementing project titled “Promote the transformative protection of vulnerable population in the Gaza Strip, Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT),” the project aimed to target the identified vulnerable HHs who are facing multi layered and complex problems and needs including child protection related problems, GBV, poverty, food insecurity, unemployment and debt. The project aims to contribute to enhancing the protection system and living conditions of the vulnerable population suffering from the protracted and protection crisis in the Gaza Strip.
The target beneficiaries live in underserved communities in the Gaza strip, suffering from continuous stresses to the exacerbated conflict and the Gaza blockade that have resulted in continuous loss of resources and increased socio-economic pressure. The project beneficiaries reached through multiple protection, food security and livelihoods actions as multi-disciplinary humanitarian response to address the dire needs.
Oxfam is seeking to commission consultancy firm to conduct a Project Final Evaluation, accordingly, Oxfam invites your submission of proposals to provide Oxfam, within their requirements, for the above mentioned services as per the conditions and requirements detailed in this Request For Proposal (RFP).

The deadline for submission of bids is 6th June 2022 at 1pm upon conditions in the RFP dossier.

Offer shall be sent in 2 separate files - PDF format - (one for Technical Offer and one for Price Offer).
