Purpose of the assignment

The main purpose of this assignment is to develop an Accessible IOS/Android mobile application for providing early warnings, security updates and risk related notifications for persons with vision and hearing impairment and other disabilities, which can also be accessible for all. This app will be connected to the national information system that is being developed by the Palestinian National Center for Disaster Risk Management (PalDRM), where alerts and data will be generated based on the “national system” triggers. This will enable an accessible disaster related communication and ensure that persons with disabilities receive all latest updates and important information during disasters and ensure an inclusive response and recovery process.

Quotations Submissions

Deadline: Quotations in response to this TOR must be received no later than November 13, 2021 in accordance to the requirements of the TOR. Please send your proposals no later than November 16, 2021  in two separated sealed envelopes (one including the technical proposal and another including the financial proposal) to the following address no later than 15:00 pm.
