El Amal Rehabilitation Society – Rafah (ERSR) is a civil non-profit organization established in 1991 with Ministry of Interior registration number 5058. Our society is NGO leader working with distinction in the field of development, education, health, culture, training and rehabilitation in order to ensure a better life for marginalized groups, especially the deaf and enhance their capabilities based on qualified professional that use better techniques to build a generation capable of contributing to the building society , it also aspire to distinctive and active participation in building a civil society in which deaf people enjoy full rights in the Palestinian society .

ElAmal for Rehabilitation in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (oPt) , Gaza Strip is inviting submissions of proposals for Adapt and contextualized the PSC training manual/curriculum 

This activity come under the Establishment of Psychosocial Care model in Gaza Strip” Project

Full ToR attached for you reference taking the following in consideration:

1.      Technical Proposal

English technical proposal should include letter of interest and highlight understanding of the assignment, including proposed approach and detailed methodology, in addition to a sample of similar work.

2.      Financial Proposal

EFR and FL seeks value for money in its work. This does not necessarily mean "lowest cost", but quality of the service and reasonableness of the proposed costs. Proposals shall include personnel allocation (role / number of days / daily rates / taxes), as well as any other applicable costs.

3.      OFFERS EVALUATION:

• Technical proposal 70%

• Financial proposal 30%
