UNESCO Ramallah, as a lead agency for the SDG 4 in Palestine, supports Palestine in advancing the TVET agenda.  Currently, it implements the project “TVET4Future”, funded by the Government of Belgium through Enabel- the Belgian Development Agency, aiming to enhance youth TVET competencies in the Palestinian labour market with a particular focus on empowering young women and youth with disabilities.

As a part of this project, UNESCO in cooperation with the National TVET Commission of Palestine and other line ministries will review and analyse TVET policies and procedures and revise operation manuals and training materials in order to make TVET more gender transformative and disability inclusive.

You are invited to submit an offer for the assignment of analysing TVET policies and procedures and revision of operation manuals and training materials in order to make TVET more gender transformative and disability inclusive in accordance with the present solicitation document.

 The Request for Proposal (RFP) consists of this cover page and the following Annexes:

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal, in separate files, should be submitted by email and reach the following address [email protected] no later than 16 July 2023 16:00 Ramallah local time without any copy to any other e-mail addresses and with the subject as: RFP ED Ref: RAM/2023/ED/TK/219.  

Offers addressed to any other e-mail accounts will be disqualified. Please note that all files exceeding 10MB must be sent in batches clearly marked as “Batch 1 and Batch 2, etc.”

This letter is not to be construed in any way as an offer to contract with your firm/institution. Your proposal could, however, form the basis for a contract between your company and UNESCO.
