 “Strengthening a Gender-Responsive Environment in Rural Development and Cooperative Sector”

Scope of The Assignment
PWWSD is seeking to contract a consultant to conduct a conceptual analysis of the
GVB that Palestinian women face in the context of conflict and patriarchal power and
their impact on escalating the masculine identity crisis and deepening GBV; in addition
to the dynamic relationship with the counselor deep insight in term of their peace and
security and well-being. The consultant has to analyze the methodology, that
counselors utilize in case management and in integrating the cases in the community
through the case management techniques.
