Animation and Video production

Edunation, a leading EdTech company based in Palestine, is currently seeking a professional marketing company to collaborate on the development of marketing materials, including animation videos and testimonial videos.

Scope of Work: Animation Videos

We are looking for a company with expertise in animation to create engaging promotional videos for 25 topics that have already been identified. The scope of work includes:

• No Design - Animation Only: The focus is solely on animation; design work will be provided by Edunation.
• Content Development: Develop animations based on existing content provided by Edunation in English.
• Copywriting: Create compelling copy in Arabic. 
• Voice Over: Provide offers with and without voice overs.

Scope of Work: Video Production (2-3 minutes) Edunation aims to produce testimonials for its clients in Palestine, Jordan, UAE, and Kuwait.

• Create 5 testimonial videos: 2 in Palestine (Jerusalem and Ramallah), 1 in Jordan, 1 in UAE, and 1 in Kuwait.
• Scenarios: the company will develop scenarios revised by Edunation.
• Recording: record with clients identified by Edunation to create testimonial videos in each location.
• Summary Video: create a 2-3 minute summary video of the 5 testimonials in Palestine, Jordan, UAE, and Kuwait.

Proposal Format

Interested companies are invited to submit their proposals in response to this request. The proposal should include:

• Company Overview: Provide a brief introduction to your company, including relevant experience in animation and video production.
• Previous Work: Share examples of your previous projects, particularly those related to animation and video production.
• Team Expertise: Highlight the key team members who will be involved in this project and their expertise.
• Cost Proposal: Provide a detailed breakdown of costs for the animation videos (with/without voiceover), and video production costs
• Timeline: Outline the proposed timeline for completing each aspect of the project.
