Within the framework of the project “Prevention of the forcible transfer of Palestinians in the West Bank and East Jerusalem through humanitarian assistance and evidence-based advocacy

ECHO/PSE/BUD/2020/91000, funded by ECHO (the European Commission's Humanitarian Aid Department and Civil Protection) and implemented by WeWorld-GVC.

WeWorld-GVC requests a quotation for a TRAINING CONSULTANCY SERVICE “Awareness Raising about Age Gender and Diversity groups focusing on PWDs”. As specified below.

Location of the Service

Instructions for the service are listed in the Terms of References (annex A).

The offer must be submitted together with the Declaration on Ethical Standards and Right of Access (annex B) and  the Letter of Commitment and Authorization during COVID-19 pandemic (annex C) duly signed and dated.

The evaluation of the received offers will be done considering the following criteria:

• Detailed Financial Offer (in ILS)
• Consultant Experience 
• Consultant CV
• Training methodology and timeframe for the implementation

Deadline:

The deadline for the offer is Tuesday 16th of February 2021 C.O.B. 

All offers received after the deadline will be automatically excluded.

Note: considering the current state of emergency due to COVID-19 pandemic, the feasibility of the activity in all the targeted community will need to be further evaluated, therefore the compensation for the service might be amended according to the achieved communities.
