Baseline and Midline Survey

Agricultural Development Association (PARC) is soliciting Baseline services for the implementation of the project “TOWARDS A GREEN AGRICULTURE IN PALESTINE: DEVELOPMENT OF INCLUSIVE AND SUSTAINABLE MODELS CONTRIBUTING TO RURAL ECONOMIC GROWTH” that is funded by AECID According to the following conditions:

1. Target Groups: Ramallah & Jenin Governorates.
2. The applicant should have previous experience in similar work.
3. Agricultural development association is not obliged to accept the lowest prices and has the right to postpone, cancel, extend bid without explanation.
4. Only registered company with authorized dealer number can apply.
5. Eligible contractor can obtain quotation request documents by visiting PARC website on the URL: pal-arc.org or call on the below phone number to get the ToR by email.
6. A clarification meeting concerning the Baseline and the expected deliverables will be held on Sunday 12th of February 2023 at 11:00 am through ZOOM platform.
7. The Financial offers should be in separate sealed envelope.
8. This project is VAT exempted.
9. Eligible contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope at Agricultural Development Association- RAMALLAH no later than Monday, 20th Feb 2023 at 12:00 pm.
10. This announcement fees will be paid by the bid winner.
