CONSULTANCY SERVICE TO CONDUCT A BASELINE ASSESSMENT FOR THE PROJECT ENTITLED “POWER OF VOICES PARTNERSHIP(PVP) - FAIR FOR ALL PROGRAM”

(Fair for All – Trade and Make Value Chains more Sustainable)

Interested consultants should submit:  letter of interest, technical proposal, and financial separate offers no later than the July 29, 2021 to the attention of OPT - Ramallah Procurement [email protected]   The proposal should include the following:

Objectives -understanding of the scope of the research.

CV of the consultant(s) including list of similar works.

Technical offer including a preliminary causal approach, design, and methodology.

Detailed budget on a separate sheet.

All docs are requested in English language. The financial offer should be in EURO Including VAT. The tendered should be able to issue an official invoice Including VAT  and valid deduction at source certificate. The financial offer prices should be valid for 120 days.

The proposal should be prepared using the format provided. (Refer Annex 1: Proposal format, for details).
