CONSULTANCY TASKS

Under the supervision of the PCR (Main Applicant), the consultant(s) will undertake the following activities:

1. Review the project’s Logical Framework, including defining SMART (Specific, Measurable, Available, Relevant, Time-bound) indicators, as well as feasible means of verification that will enable to effectively measure the project’s impact. 
2. Based on the revised logical framework, the consultant(s) will define the baseline and identify current and target values corresponding to the indicators, enabling the analysis of the impacts during and at the end of the project implementation.
3. Support the project team to design a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation plan to guide project data collection and reporting throughout the implementation of the project. For this purpose, a training on the definition of SMART indicators and monitoring tools shall be implemented by the consultant(s) for the project team.
