Save the Children is inviting submissions of proposals for a Baseline Study for NORAD project - Education and Child Rights Governance consultancy in accordance with the detailed Terms of Refernce in the RFP documents.

It is recommended to request / collect the RFP documents as soon as possible. 

Completed proposal documents are due to be submitted in sealed envelopes by 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, the 7th August 2019.
