Project Name: "Women and Youth Transforming Local Public Services in Hebron"
Location: Palestine - Hebron with regular travels to Ramallah
Project Funded by: European Commission
Entity Responsible for Execution: The Palestinian Information Technologies Association (PITA)
Duration of the Project: 24 months.
Implementing Partners: Alianza por la Solidaridad (Alianza) and ActionAid
Duration: It is expected that the selected consultant will provide all the needed support in a span of six months.
Budget of the Baseline: 8.500 €
Consultancy will be finalized upon approval of all deliverables.

CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS
The evaluation team shall comply with the following requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in coordinating and administering statistical studies, including baseline/endline, gender-sensitive, data collection and entry, data management and storage, preferably for international non-profit organizations or multilateral agencies;
Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of baseline studies in the development sector for municipalities, CSOs, and gender justice projects;
Previous experience in executing baseline studies related to municipalities is preferred;
Demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis;
Knowledge of and experience in gender equality issues are highly preferred;
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is a requirement;
Ability to produce high quality work under tight timeframes.
