Mercy Corps, a non-profit, non-governmental international humanitarian and development organization invites all related Authorized /Registered companies to participate in the following Tenders:

MAR-025 –Bulk SMS Service for 24 months’ duration

The following conditions apply:

• The supplier must be registered in the official quarters.
• The company should be an authorized dealer having VAT/ Tax registration. 
• The supplier must provide Official Invoices. 
• The company should be based in Gaza.
• Tender documents can be obtained starting from Sunday 19 December 2021 during official working hours, from 9:00 AM to 03:30 PM at Mercy Corps’ Office addresses as follows:
  Mercy Corps Gaza Office, Talatini Street, , Al Motaz #3 Building, Procurement Dep..
• Tenders submission should be made before Tuesday 28 December 2021 no later than 03:00 pm to Mercy Corps Gaza office according to the above mentioned address
• Submit Questions in writing to E-mail [email protected] before 22 December 2021 before 04:00 PM. 
• The documents will be opened and reviewed by Mercy Corps committee only.
• The committee is not obligated to contract with the lowest prices.
