Key requirements:

Education: Bachelor or advanced degree  in the related to the above field.

Experience required

1. Excellent knowledge and experience related to the required services.
2. Minimum Three years practical experience working within one of the required services.
3. Demonstrable expertise in establishing and managing monitoring and reporting.
4. Negotiating and communication skills

Language requirements

Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic
