Capacity Building and Awareness Raising Events for KYM, CSOs and Citizens on Water Management and Misuse, Costs and Regulations (250 Individuals)

Consultancy Description:

Consultancy service will be carried out by a consultancy firm specialized in capacity buildings trainings to build the customers capacity on water management and misuse, costs and regulations. In addition, the consultancy firm will conduct a KAP study for the beneficiaries to assess their related knowledge, attitude, practices and experience to develop a propriate training matrix with detailed subtitles and topics.

The expected duration of works under contract is 8 months (51 working days), starting from the effective date of the contract.

Proposal must be delivered to the PHG Office by “Sealed envelopes” to the address shown above before 12:00 pm on 11/08/2022. Late bids will not be accepted.

Pre-Bid meeting on 09/08/2022 at 11:00 AM at PHG Gaza office.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days starting from the date of proposal opening. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid bond guarantee in term of certified bank check or a bank guarantee equivalent to 5% of the total tender value to the order of PHG, both valid for 120 calendar days.

Bids will be subjected to technical and financial evaluated.
