Save the Children International (SCI) in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (oPt) Country Office is inviting submissions of quotations for a Case Study Consultancy on how communities contribute to improved learning outside school. The main objective of this study is to explore how communities (Parents-both mothers and fathers/caregivers and CSO’s) contribute to children’s learning and learning outcomes outside school. The study aims at:

Study Specific Objectives

Examining and document current communities’ experiences in supporting the learning of children outside of schools;

Explaining the impact of the communities’ engagement on the quality of learning and learning outcomes for children. (Literacy and numeracy outcomes as measured by ASER);

Assessing actions that can enhance positive relationships between parents and school communities.

Providing recommendations on how to ensure sustained and improved learning and learning outcomes outside of school.

Completed bids are due to be submitted in a sealed stamped envelope or through ProSave online procurement system by Sunday 27th June 2021 at 12:00 pm.
