Submission criteria

Offers must include the following: Price table (Attached), valid deduction at source certificate, sample of work of similar to required items, and company profile.

Companies must submit therir offers latest by Sunday 19.09.2021, 16:00 PM. 

Offers must be submitted in a sealed and / or stamped envelope at our office - The Palestinian Association for Empowerment and Local Development- REFORM, Tirawi Building, 2nd floor, Al Masyoun, Ramallah.
