The Palestinian Hydrology Group (PHG) in partnership with the Agricultural Development Association (PARC), are implementing the project entitled “Co-Production of Social Policies with Social and Solidarity Actors to Combat Poverty, Inequality and Social Exclusion project (MedTOWN)” Co-Financed by the European Union through the ENI MED 2014-2020 Cross-Border Cooperation Programme.

This activity is part of the MedTOWN project which aims to support the MedTOWN project partners in Palestine with organization of national events, awareness campaigns, media campaigns and provision of visibility materials that advocates for Co-production of Social Policies with Social and Solidarity Actors to Combat Poverty, Inequality and Social Exclusion with a specific focus on domestic waste separation, circular economy, complementary currencies. national events, awareness campaigns, media campaigns should use different channels, including social media, radio and Television to widely distribute short impactful messages on co-production.

As part of the project activities PHG is seeking to Provision of Communication and Visibility Services for the MedTOWN project in Palestine (MedTOWN). The applying firm must have the demonstrable capability to carry out the scope of work of this assignment and must have the capacity and experience in this field.

For those who are interested, a full set of tender documents can be obtained from PHG’s head office at the address below (Sunday to Thursday from 08:30 – 03:30 local time). Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to PHG by on July 3rd 2022 before 12:00 noon.

Specific Conditions:

• A valid deduction at source certificate must be attached to your offer (10% of the total amount will be deducted if there is no valid deduction at source).
• All prices must be in (EURO), excluding VAT.
• A 5% of the total tender amount must be attached as a bank guarantee.
• The supplier shall include a clear communication and visibility plan and presentation.
• The dead line of sending the price offer is Sunday 03/07/2022 before 12:00 noon.
• Please refer to Annex I and II and Complete the Template with the Requested Information.
• Tender documents fees is 150 ILS (applicable only for those who buy the bid for the first time).
• Advertisings costs for those who are awarded the bid.
