REQUEST FOR PREPOSAL
Consultancy assignment: Comprehensive Analysis of Commercial Crossings between Palestine and Israel 

RFP #PTC-021-2023

PalTrade was established in 1998 as a non-profit, membership-based organization to “Lead the development of Palestinian export as a driving force for sustainable national economic growth”.

PalTrade has partnered with Oxfam to analyze the commercial crossings in Palestine and how to improve them to transport goods efficiently within the entire supply chain. This will involve a detailed study of the current transportation route from Ashdod port to the crossing points, as well as the potential development of crossing points, such as Tarqumiya in the West Bank. Preliminary findings from this analysis will then be applied to crossings, such as Kerem Abu Shalom in Gaza.

Interested companies that wish to receive the tender documents, shall take notice to the following dates and deadline:

  • Tender fees : 100 NIS, Applicants will receive tender document  upon providing proof of transfer to PalTrade’s account (SWIFT), or through payment in PalTrade’s offices in person.  PalTrade members will not be subject to the aforementioned Fee.
  • The deadline for receiving RFP documents shall be no later than Sunday 17th of Sep , 2023   until 12:00PM. The service provider shall send an email to [email protected] indicating as subject RFP-PTC-021-2023
  • All inquiries shall be addressed, in writing by e-mail to [email protected], the deadline for receiving any inquiries about the scope and this RFP contents is Tuesday 19th of Sep , until 12:00PM. No inquiries shall be received after this date ; indicating as subject RFP-PTC-021-2023.
  • The deadline for submitting the offers shall be no later than Thursday 21st of Sep, 2023 until 12:00PM
