The Palestinian Agricultural Relief Committees (PARC) is a leading Palestinian Agricultural Development Organization that was established in 1983. Since its establishment, PARC has been efficiently engaged in Palestinian land development, water resources & environment, poverty reduction and women empowerment, olive oil marketing, as well as other crucial rural development programs
In accordance with its mandate, PARC will be implementing a project titles “Supporting the Income Generation and Productive Capacity of Male and Female Farmers In the Gaza Strip ". funded by AECID. 

Price offer to Conduct TVET Training (Retender)

PARC is seeking a highly qualified consultancy firm to conduct TVET training in order to achieve the following objectives:

Enable the participants to be more effective in the use of the land, natural resources, labour, and capital in agriculture.

Raise the awareness of the participants in regard to the best practices of soil and natural resources conservation. 

Enable participants to be manage their projects in a more efficient manner especially in terms of production and yields.

Enable participants to understand the main concepts related to quality production and to be able to understand the specific best practices that can be utilized to ensure efficient use of the IGA. 

Introduce participants to safe and appropriate farm work, and shed the light on the best practices in doing so, with a special consideration to Covid-19 related measures. 

Provide appropriate vocational and technical guidance to the participants as they design their IGAs ideas in the three-value chain.

Enable the participants to understand the seasonality in their projects and how to balance between production seasons and off-season periods from an income diversification point of view. 

Bridging the gap between the theoretical and practical aspects in regard to managing the IGAs in the three VCs.

TEAM Minimum Qualifications
 
The consultancy firm must have the resources, ability and technical expertise to deliver the training at the required quality. The proposed trainers should have the following minimum requirements: 

At least a master degree in related fields. 

Strong background in agriculture sector. 

Strong background in conducting TVET training

Good knowledge of local agriculture context.

Fluency in writing skills in English is a must.

   GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDER

The submitted offers should be in Euro excluding VAT. The tenderer should be able to issue zero VAT invoices in addition to deduction at source certificate (شهادة خصم مصدر).

The tenderer must comply with the standards and requirements set out in the tender bid.

The submitted offer is binding to the Supplier nor the tender offer may be withdrawn after submission and remains binding by a period of three months starting from the date of the offer.

The tender envelop must be sealed and stamped.

Tender must stamp all bid papers.

SUBMITTALS:

The tenderers have to submit for the evaluation the following documents in hard and soft copies:

Technical offer with all supporting documents (Working methodology, CV‘s for the staff and the consulting firm profile, previous experience, …etc).

Financial offer, only hard copy.

TENDER SUBMISSION DATE:

The proposal should be submitted to PARC headquarter in Gaza Strip no later than Sunday 27/03 /2022; 14:00pm. Noting that late applications will not be accepted.

PARC shall not be bound to accept the lowest price or any tender proposal, and reserves the power to accept any part of any tender proposal.

Note/ Pre-bid meeting will be conducted on Thursday 24/03/2022 at 13:00pm
