PURPOSE OF THIS RFQ
Oxfam is seeking competitive proposals from qualified local firms interested in conducting “Participatory Context Assessment”, a gender-sensitive vulnerability and risk assessment for the four communities of Al-Naser and Al Fokhary in the Gaza Strip and Ein Albaida and Bardalah in Jordan Valley cities of Tubas and Jericho.  the assignment aims to support the following objectives:
  • Provide better contextual analysis for the 4 communities through identifying community-based risks, needs, levels of vulnerabilities, its underlying causes, and how different groups within the community itself experience different risks and shocks. 
  • Informing the communities disaster risk reduction response plan and community mobilization. 
  • Strengthen the dynamics and leadership of local actors to undertake self-assessments, planning and action.

A clarification meeting will be held on 14th November 2021 at 11am (Jerusalem Time) via Zoom Platform (Meeting invitation and joining credentials are included in the RFQ dossier).

 
The deadline for submission of bids is 22nd November 2021 at 1pm (Jerusalem Time) upon conditions in the RFQ dossier.
 
Responses (Offers) must only be sent to ([email protected]) without coping any other email addresses. Any offers sent through other channels will not be considered. 
 
Offer shall be sent in 2 separate files - PDF format - (one for Technical Offer and one for Price Offer)
 
Email subject must contain the following reference: (OXFAM - 21/157/OPTI/GAZA)
 
Oxfam does not bind itself to award the lowest price offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the bid.
