This is a notification of extending the submission deadline for the previously advertised RFQ on 22nd November 2021 : Conducting Participatory Context Assessment

PURPOSE OF THIS RFQ

Oxfam is seeking competitive proposals from qualified local firms interested in conducting “Participatory Context Assessment”, a gender-sensitive vulnerability and risk assessment for the four communities of Al-Naser and Al Fokhary in the Gaza Strip and Ein Albaida and Bardalah in Jordan Valley cities of Tubas and Jericho. the assignment aims to support the following objectives:

Provide better contextual analysis for the 4 communities through identifying community-based risks, needs, levels of vulnerabilities, its underlying causes, and how different groups within the community itself experience different risks and shocks.
Informing the communities disaster risk reduction response plan and community mobilization.
Strengthen the dynamics and leadership of local actors to undertake self-assessments, planning and action.
