PURPOSE OF THIS RFQ
Oxfam is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms interested in Conducting :
“SOCIOECONOMIC SURVEY AND DEVELOPING AN AWARENESS CAMPAIGN STRATEGY”.
The study aims to analyze the current socioeconomic situation at Alfukhary area and to develop a suitable awareness campaign strategy targeting Gaza population generally and Alfukhary area specifically, which include showing the target groups, specific objectives, messages, awareness tools and proposing suitable dissemination media channels.

The deadline for submission of bids is 10th March 2021 at 1pm (Gaza time) upon conditions in the RFQ dossier.
Responses (bids) shall be sent before the deadline indicated in the above timetable. Responses must only be sent to ([email protected]) without ccing any other email addresses. Any offers sent through other channels will not be considered.
Offer shall be sent in 2 separate files - PDF format - (one for Technical Offer and one for Price Offer)
Email subject must contain the following reference: (OXFAM - 21/033/OPTI/GAZA)
Oxfam does not bind itself to award the lowest price offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the bid.
