SUBJECT:  Construction of various facilities at Central Training Institute (CTI)- Jericho

Reference Number: UNDP-PAL-00149

Through a fund from the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), the United Nations Development Programme / Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People (UNDP/PAPP), invites eligible contractors to submit offers for the implementation of the works under subject, fully described in the bidding documents.

A pre-bid site visit will take place as per the following schedule: 

Interested bidders are highly encouraged/recommended to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit (on their own cost and responsibility). Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form. 

The pre-bid meeting/site visit minutes, and any further enquiries received on or before 18 October 2023, will be documented and posted on UNDP Procurement Quantum System on 20 October 2023. 

No inquiries will be accepted after 18 October 2023.   

This specific tender is managed via the new online supplier portal system of UNDP. Instructions and user guides for bidders’ registration and submitting a bid for this tender can be accessed via above shown link. 

Bids should be submitted directly in the online portal no later than indicated deadline. Bid Submission deadline appearing on UNDP Oracle Quantum Portal will be FINAL and prevail on any other deadline appearing on other websites.
