NOTICE FOR OPEN TENDER

The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) / Jerusalem Office (JMOC) invites BIDS for the following works:

Construction of Yatta Vocational School, Yatta, Hebron Governorate

Scope of Works

Project: Construction of Yatta Vocational School

Location: Sawakneh Street (Near Yatta Governmental Hospital) - Yatta City

Background:

Within its mandate; UNOPS has signed an agreement with the Korean International Cooperation

Agency (KOICA) to support the Palestinian Ministry of Education (MOE) to implement and

handover the Yatta Vocational School project. UNOPS will undertake the design and construction

of the school in addition to the procurement and installation of furniture and machinery.

Yatta Vocational School Campus, which will consist of the following two buildings:

Building A: 4-Floor Building which consists of Administration Floor and three educational/vocational floors

Building B: 2-Floor Building for the Auto-Mechatronic Workshop including related

classroom/stores and teachers room, WC unit.

Landscape Works: External and Internal Retaining and Boundary Walls, Two playgrounds,

Septic Tank, Water tank, pump room, electrical room and related ramps, and green areas

Total Built up area is 3,557 sq meters for Buildings A+B+related constructions in the landscape
Total Land area is 4,365 sq meters.
The school is designed to match sloped nature of the land
