INVITATION TO BID (ITB)

Service to be provided

1.1 The subject of the negotiated procedure is: to provide full technical support and guidance to the team of the Non-Revenue Water unit (NRW Unit) of KYM who will perform the technical assessment, mapping, and control over the water supply system in order to quantifiably reduce the water losses by applying the District Metered Area approach (DMA). Thus, the following main objectives are envisioned:

- Increase the efficiency and reliability of the WDS to meet consumers’ demands;
- Prevent water shortages and crisis;
- Perform an efficient use of water resources;
- Reduce water losses and stress;
- Improve the overall sustainability of WDS’ infrastructure

Submission of the Bids
Bids must be submitted before the deadline <9th of September 2021 Time: 14:00 local time> (in case of posting, the post office stamp will attest the date) and must include the documents listed below.
