Consultant: Development PYE Monitoring Dashboard

Purpose / Project Description:

This activity aims to support the role of the PYE MEL team and partner organization in beneficiary administration and monitoring. The dashboard output (analysis-based report interface) is expected to support decision-making by relevant officials at PYE and partner organizations, tracking safe spaces contributions to meet the PYE targets, alignment of and contributions to achieving safe spaces program, and priorities improving the MEL functions within partner organizations and safe spaces.

Consultant Objectives:

The Consultant will be responsible for developing and testing the PMP monitoring dashboard for PYE and partner organizations based on the CommCare mobile and web application data collection.

Consultant Activities:

The Consultant will:

1. Conduct needs assessment (including requirements) based on related indicator performance indicator reporting sheets, data collection processes, and current best practices on data management at P.O.s and safe spaces
2. Develop a dashboard concept design
3. application dashboard development and testing (excel, tableau, and/or Power BI)
4. Post-testing fixing, improvement, and development of manual for operations and maintenance
5. Provide training for users and admin based on developed manual
6. Final presentation and product (running dashboard, account, and source code/protection passwords) hand-over to PYE for further utilization, maintenance, and development.

Consultant Deliverables:

The Consultant will deliver:

• Conduct a need assessment to identify questions, resources, audiences, and main interactive concepts
• Develop the dashboard concept design
• Dashboard development and testing, as well as its fixing and improvement after testing
• Develop operation and maintenance manual
• User and admin training
• Product presentation and hand-over.
