Free Pass is planning to develop comprehensive customer service through the development of a help centre and hiring a customer service officer to provide further support to clients. Fluxir help centre will include information about visa applications requirements and best practices, in general, and how to use Fluxir, in specific. The help centre will consist of text and videos. This component will serve customer support as well as to promote the benefits and advantages of using Fluxir through showing how it can be easily used and how it makes the visa applications management process easier and more efficient. To serve as a promotional tool, the content should be phrased in a clear and marketing way and should include keywords that serve the search engine optimization requirements (SEO). Fluxir team needs support from a specialized service provider (firm or individuals) in content development, search engine optimization, and translation to develop the help centre content in English and translate it to Arabic, taking into considerations SEO keywords and requirements in
