PURPOSE OF THIS RFQ
Oxfam are conducting a bidding process and invites your submission of a proposal to provide Oxfam, within their requirements, for producing:
CARRYING OUT AN ONLINE TRAINING ON ADVOCACY AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS
The training aims to enhance skills, knowledge and confidence of 15 youth from Gaza Strip in their ability to design, facilitate and implement round-table/webinars discussions with relevant stakeholders on the COVID-19 response in OPT, through presenting evidence-based influencing messages and arguments.

The deadline for submission of bids is 20th September 2020 at 1pm upon conditions in the RFQ dossier.
Responses (Offers) shall be sent only to ([email protected]) without ccing any other email addresses. Any offers sent through other channels will not be considered.
Offer shall be sent in 2 separate files - PDF format - (one for Technical Offer and one for Price Offer)

Oxfam does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the bid.
