Develop and Deploy Digital Content in Architecture and Interior Design

ACTED and its partner MA’AN Development Center are implementing a three-year project titled “Supporting sustainable and inclusive growth in the Palestinian territory through digital inclusion” in the West Bank and Gaza, funded by Agence Française de Développement (AFD).

The project’s objective is to bypass the obstacles to development in the occupied Palestinian territories and to enhance young Palestinians’ employability through the improvement of their digital perspective, which will be achieved throughout three main results; reinforcing  the capacities of key digital stakeholders, improving the access to digital literacy resources for young Palestinians that suit their learning needs and skills gap in labour market, and providing Palestinian entrepreneurs with resources and tools for their business ideas to be realized.

The project seeks for a qualified and experienced company to develop/customize, digitize, and deploy training contents to the Project Platform (Moodle) 

The contractor should possess the following qualifications:

• Advanced degree or equivalent solid technical experience in the field of Architecture and Interior Design
• Professional experience in developing curriculum and conducting certified training courses in the stated specialization.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the field of E-learning, content designing, development and digitalization.
• Has developed at least 5 contents, at least two contents under Moodle.
• Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills in both Arabic and English

• Offers will be assessed first on their technical merit using the evaluation criteria below. Only technical scores of at least 70 points will qualify for the financial review. The financial offer weight is 30% from the total weight while the technical offer is 70% of the total weight.
