Developing Business Plans, and Market Studies for Cooperatives and Groups

Agricultural Development Association (PARC) is soliciting consultancy services for the project Sustainable, Equitable and Fair. Consume Local, Consume Palestine. "Third Stage" that is funded by GVA19 though ACPP; According to the following conditions:

1. The applicant should have previous experience in similar work, and mandatory to have previous experience in GENDER MAINSTREAMING. 
2. Agricultural development association is not obliged to accept the lowest prices and has the right to postpone, cancel, extend bid without explanation.
3. Firms, organizations and free lancers (team) are eligible to participate in this bid.
4. Eligible Service Providers can obtain quotation request documents by visiting PARC website on the URL: www.pal-arc.org/tenders.
5. The Financial offers should be in separate sealed envelope.
6. A clarification meeting concerning the studies and the expected deliverables will be held on Monday 30th of August 2021 at 11:00 am in PARC’s main office in Ramallah.
7. Tenderers should submit their offers in a sealed envelope at Agricultural Development Association- Ramallah- Main office behind Jerusalem Water Undertaking (مصلحة مياه القدس) no later than Sunday, 05th September 2021 at 2:00 pm.
8. This announcement fees will be paid by the bid winner.
