PURPOSE OF THIS RFQ

Oxfam is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms interested in Developing “maintenance and operational plan” and “web-based monitoring system” for public WASH facilities in the Gaza Strip. The assignment aims to develop public WASH facilities maintenance and operational plan for the next five years considering a sound strategy of asset management and will ensure optimum asset life at the most efficient cost. Additionally, the assignment the assignment aims to establish database integrated with Real time Web-based monitoring, reporting and data acquisition system for WASH facilities.

Oxfam invites prospective Bidders to attend a Pre-Bidding Meeting which will be held (Virtually) on 29th March 2021 at 11:00 AM Via Zoom video conferencing service. Meeting joining information are in the RFQ dossier. Bidders are encouraged to attend the meeting.

The deadline for submission of bids is 8th April 2021 at 1:00 PM (Gaza time) upon conditions in the RFQ dossier.

Responses (bids) shall be sent before the deadline indicated above. Responses must only be sent to ([email protected]) without coping any other email addresses. Any offers sent through other channels will not be considered.

Oxfam does not bind itself to award the lowest price offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the bid.
