A.M. Qattan Foundation (AMQF) invites qualified consultants and firms to submit their proposals for the development of a monitoring and evaluation system for the project entitled “Creative Child: Bright Future” that was launched by A. M. Qattan Foundation with co-funding from the DROSOS Foundation.

Consultants are requested to submit their proposal by hand, including the technical and financial components (each in a separate sealed, signed, and stamped envelope), no later than 15:00 on Sunday, December 14, 2020, at A.M. Qattan Foundation, 27 An-Nahda Women’s Association Street, Al-Tira, Ramallah, Palestine.

Prices shall be submitted in US dollars

This is a call for proposal and not a promise to accept a submitted offer.

The Foundation is not obliged to accept the lowest-cost proposal.
