Development of Web-based MEAL Management System

War Child Holland (WCH) is an independent and impartial international non-governmental organization investing in a peaceful future for children and young people affected by armed conflict. We strive to empower children and young people while enabling adults to bring about positive and lasting change in the lives of children and young people based on innovation of our approaches, and solid research of our outcomes and impact. War Child aims to evolve towards a globally renowned and recognized expert organization in the field of psychosocial well-being of children and youth affected by conflict.

WCH projects activities require MEAL data management system that is designed on a web-enabled platform from which key personnel and staff from the organization and partners can interact, report and manage the different related MEAL and management functions. WCH intends to develop an interactive, user-friendly MEAL system for reporting, data management, archiving and better handling the processes internally and with the partners. The aim of the task is to upgrade WCH MEAL systems capacity with enhanced features, and functionality, usability and performance. 

WCH is looking to hire an IT development firm or a developer to build up a digitalized Web- based MEAL system for the organization and its implementing partners in West Bank and Gaza. The system will support communication, tracking the activities, reporting and quality management.
