Tender Notice

Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.

Mercy Corps is seeking a qualified, registered and authorized service providers to participate in the Tender for the provision of internationally acknowledged diploma certification.

If you are interested in submitting a bid, you will need to complete an Intent to Bid and Supplier Information forms.

Interested bidders are requested to submit required documents according to the guidelines below:

1. The suppliers can download the Intent to Bid Form on this link: https://docs.google.com/document/ 
2. The Suppliers can download the Supplier Information Form on this link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1SFFFz9s4Rh3VjFGOh4mGxY0qi5uA2SPP
3. Intend to Bid Form can be picked up at Mercy Corps office in Ramallah, Al Bardouni Building, Procurement office, 5th Floor.

Completed Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps by 10TH October 2024, before 17:00 in one of the below methods.

1. Email completed Intent to Bid Form and Supplier Information Form to [email protected] with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line “Diploma certification courses for Palestinian tech companies and individuals”.
2. Return completed Intent to Bid and Supplier Information forms in person and put in the Tender Box placed at Mercy Corps office Ramallah, Al Bardouni Building, Procurement office, 5th Floor. The Tender Reference number should be written in the envelop.

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Proposal will be sent to the service providers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The Request for Proposal will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form. The Request for Proposal will be shared with those who submitted signed and stamped Intend to Bid form and Supplier Information Form in a timely manner.
