Executing Entity: Palestinian Information Technologies Association (PITA)

Brief Information on the Project:

Project Goal: Develop an innovative e-commerce web application under the project "The Innovative Citizen Participation" led by PITA.

Duration: 30-45 calendar days.

Purpose of the Assignment:

Develop an e-commerce web application tailored for three municipalities and youth cooperatives to effectively market their products to the local market, emphasizing usability and security.

Qualifications:

Team leader/individual expert with a minimum of 7 years of relevant technology and innovations experience.
The company must have access to the beneficiaries' physical location.
Previous experience with Municipalities, local authorities, and CSOs/CBOs.
Demonstrated experience in website development.

Active PITA members receive a 10% bonus in the assessment.

  Interested applicants must send the technical and financial proposal (in English) in sealed envelopes Each price offer separately (the technical offer in a separate envelope from the financial offer) within one sealed envelope to PITA’s office in Ramallah, Al-Irsal. Ougarit Building, 4th Floor, and no later than 28. Feb.2024 at 3:30 PM local time in Palestine and include the subject “The Innovative Citizen Participation - E-Commerce Web Application” on the cover of the provided offers.
