                                           “Fortifying Palestinian Medical Sector – Phase 3”
                       Procurement and delivery of emergency medical equipment, supplies and items for
                                                          different communities in the West Bank

United Palestinian Appeal, Inc. (UPA), a 501(c) (3) New York-registered non-profit organization,
with headquarters in Washington, DC. Established in 1978 by Palestinian American professionals,
UPA was conceived as a non-political, non-sectarian organization that would help Palestinians
meet their relief and development needs.


UPA is currently implementing the project “Fortifying the Palestinian Medical Sector -Phase 3” and
would like to invite for a bid from eligible and qualified suppliers who are officially registered locally
in the field of emergency medical equipment and supplies, and who have prior experience in
supplying and delivering emergency medical equipment and supplies in the West Bank. This bid
includes the following four parts:
1. Part 1- List of Emergency Medical Equipment
2. Part 2- First Aid Kits
3. Part 3- Safe Delivery Bags (Disposable for single use)
4. Part 4- Other items needed for setting up emergency posts


 Note: Bidders may apply to any or all the parts mentioned above.


The items under this tender will be procured for different communities in the West Bank located
in Ramallah, Nablus, Salfit and Jericho. The delivery location will be at UPA warehouse in
Beitunia, Ramallah. However, bidders are responsible for installing the equipment and
training the users if needed in the designated communities. Given that, the supplier is fully
responsible for all required procedures and costs to supply, deliver and handover all items
procured, and in accordance with the tender terms and conditions, Bill of Quantities (BoQs). In
addition, the supplier will be fully responsible for issuing a zero-tax invoice.

[email protected] with the subject: “Request of bid document: Bid No: 2025 – 10170 – 05
– EMES - WB starting from 25 February 2025.
Notes:

      Bid bank guarantee with 5% of the bid value should be submitted in hand at UPA’s office
        in Ramallah on or before the deadline of bid submission. A scanned copy of the bank
        guarantee should also be included in the bid documents submitted via email.
      Means of bid submission: One soft copy by email to [email protected], and one
        hard copy in a sealed and stamped envelope to UPA office in Ramallah.


Deadline for Bids Submission: On or before Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 12:00 Mid-Day,
Palestine time. Note: In any way, late bids will not be accepted.
