Position Profile 

Under the framework of this project, PICTI is considering the selection of a highly qualified consultant, where he/she will be responsible for coming up with a final report that identifies lessons learned from the 2020 Employability Program during the second year of implementation of the project that determines the best approach for the third implementation of the Employability Program, and increases the match-making between companies and female employees. The consultant will develop a final report through conducting interviews and focus groups with the 20 females who underwent the Employability program, the companies that provided the internships, and PICTI and its partners who were responsible for the match-making process.
