The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent, humanitarian, non-profit, non-governmental organization, which provides assistance, protection, and durable solutions to refugees and internally displaced persons worldwide. NRC, with the support of the German Government through The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH would like to invite eligible bidders to submit their offers for Engineering Study Services.

• Eligible bidders should be registered at the VAT and Customs department and must provide NRC with the following:
  • Valid Company Business Trading Registration/License
  • VAT Registration Certificate and VAT Clearance.
• Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents can be obtained from eTenderBox System (eTB System) @ URL:

• ITB request closing time/date: August 28, 2023, at 12:00.
• The ITB documents will provide all relevant information in detail, including the date, time, and place for the submission of the tender.
• Eligible bidders should submit their scanned offers through eTB system no later than August 28, 2023, at 12:00.
• Pre-bid meeting will be conducted at the NRC office (3rd floor), on August 21, 2023, at 11:00 Am.
• The deadline for request of clarification is 22nd August 23, at 16:00.
• Tender opening session will be held on August 28, 2023, at 13:00. At the NRC Gaza office (3rd floor).
• NRC is not obliged to accept the lowest price bid or any bid.
• NRC has the right to postpone, cancel, split, or extend the invitation to tender.
• The successful bidder will pay the announcement fees.
