The Palestinian Hydrology Group (PHG) invites qualified consultant(s)/firm(s) for the third time to provide professional consulting services to enhance the capacity and commitment of Western Izab community in order to influence the decision making and the implementation of policy measures aimed to mitigating environmental problems in Western Izab area in Qalqiliya Governorate within the framework of the project “Promoting the rights of the Palestinian people under occupation under IHRL in terms of access to safe water and sanitation, gender equality and community participation for environmental protection” funded by Gobierno de Cantabria through Asamblea de Cooperación por la Paz (ACPP).

Interested Consultant(s)/Firm(s) are kindly asked to obtain the full REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) from PHG by Email: [email protected]
The Supplier should supply financial and technical offer by email at: [email protected] or by hand to PHG office in Ramallah no later than 11.00am on Sunday February 26, 2023 and addressed as follows:
PHG Headquarter Office: Palestine, Ramallah, Al-Masyoun neighborhood, Emil Habibi Street, Al-Manar Commercial Center 2nd floor.
Tenders will be opened at 11.30am on the same submission date. The tenderer or authorized representative may be present at the opening, knowing that the purchase will proceed regardless of the number of offers received.
Late tenders will not be considered in any circumstances
PHG reserves the right to cancel and/or divide this RFP in its entirely or partially without providing any justification. PHG can’t be held responsible or liable for any costs incurred by the Consultant(s)/Firm(s) for preparing the offers.
