Invitation for Expression Of Interest (EOI) for the Management and Operation of the Co-working Space Within

The Palestine- India Techno Park Building

Reputable Co-working Space operators are invited to send their “Expression of Interest” – EOI to rent or operate our CO-WORKING SPACE within the Palestine- India Techno Park (PITP) Flagship Building.

Palestine Techno Park (PTP) is seeking to engage operators for the above mentioned services. The appointment of the operators will entail a prequalification process. The preferred operators will be required to rent and operate the available spaces or enter into a viable business partnership model with Palestine Techno Park.

PTP The Palestine Techno Park (PTP), established in 2016, is a non-profit research and innovation technology park aimed at supporting the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Palestine. PTP provides needed physical infrastructure, entrepreneurship programs, Innovation Labs and Hubs, and Research and Development initiatives whose objectives are to introduce and promote science and innovative technologies, commercialize technological knowledge, and bridge the gap between the business sector and academia.

The PITP Building will house entrepreneurs, innovators, technology start-ups, local and international Technology and Innovation companies etc. It is envisioned to initiate a COLLABORATIVE, INTERACTIVE and FLEXIBLE business environment and to cultivate a sense of COMMUNITIES.

The PITP building features 7 floors with a total built-up area of 9,500 m2. It is designed to accommodate an ECOSYSTEM of spaces that breed innovation and features distinctive design elements to create communities and emphasising connectivity.

THE CO-WORKING SPACE

The co-working space is located on the ground floor of the PITP building with an area of approximately 200 sqm that can fit up to 35 individuals. The space is distinctively designed with the aim of balancing public and private spaces. A mix of shared amenities are provided such as the “lounge- style” social hub equipped with a kitchenette, which help foster the “community of innovation” spirit, the phone booths that provide private transition space to individuals, as well as a library. Meeting rooms, equipped with video conferencing and audio-visual systems, are also available to promote connectivity whether across the table or across the globe.

SELECTION CRITERIA

The preferred operators will be required to rent the available spaces and/or enter into a viable business partnership model with Palestine Techno Park. Also, preferred operators will be required to demonstrate relevant experience, capability as well as ability to operate the Co-working space.
