Forsah Technical and Vocational Education Training Activity in West Bank/ Gaza will support Palestinian career paths and connect students to employment opportunities or assist them start their own businesses in increasingly in-demand sectors.
IREX seeking service providers in the West Bank to provide price quotations for equipment, and tools, for the Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU) in Hebron.
The services requested include:
This procurement process is subject to USAID requirements and regulations including MO21 and vetting procedures.
The offer must comply with international standards for industrial equipment.
Partial Quotation is allowed.
The offered items must comply with the authorized Geographic Code for the procurement of commodities and services under this award is “937”, defined as the United States, the Cooperating Country (Israel, West Bank, and Gaza), and developing countries other than advanced developing countries, and excluding prohibited sources.

The offer must include colored brochures in order to be able to carry out precise technical evaluation. Samples may be provided if needed.
The price should include delivering, fixing, and installing to and all needs to be ready for operation.
Where there was a discrepancy between a unit price and the total amount derived from the multiplication of the unit price and the quantity, the unit price as quoted prevailed.
Each equipment must include all needed parts, tools, cables, etc. to operate it.
All items will be delivered to Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU) premises in Hebron.
The Winning Supplier/s will be responsible for treating any damage that may happen during delivery or installation.
The price should include training on-site for operating.
Expected Delivery time in January 2025.
The minimum warranty for all items is two years.
Winning Supplier/s should provide Preventive maintenance (PM) for all equipment one time/ 6 months.
Evaluation Criteria
USAID Forsah TVET in WBG will evaluate offers based on the following criteria:

The offer should be submitted in English Language.
Prices quoted must be valid for six months.
Forsah TVET project reserves the right to reject any and all offers, to add, delete, choose services, and modify any element of the solicitation at any time without prior notification and without any liability or obligation of any kind. This request for quotation (RFQ) does not obligate IREX to enter a contract nor does it obligate IREX to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of submission of any quotation or response.

The submission must include the following:
Registration Certificate and Valid Deduct of Source Certificate.
Vendor profile and past performance demonstrating a satisfactory record.
Prices in USD exclude VAT, and include delivering, fixing, installing, and training on-site to be ready for operation.
