Are you an experienced mentor or coach with a passion for empowering Cooperatives? Within the Youth Economic Empowerment Program (YEP), implemented by Al-Quds University in partnership with the Belgian Development Agency “Enabel” and funded by the European Union, the Al-Quds Business Center for Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship (BCITE) is seeking experienced experts to mentor and coach Cooperatives in Palestine. This initiative is designed to equip youth with the guidance, skills, and tools necessary to transform their ideas into successful, sustainable businesses.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized mentoring to Cooperatives at different stages of their entrepreneurial journey.
• Offer strategic guidance on ideation, business planning, marketing, fundraising, and scaling.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to the specific needs and challenges of eachCooperatives.
• Share practical insights and experiences to inspire and empower young entrepreneurs.
• Support Cooperatives in developing robust go-to-market strategies and fostering sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with BCITE and ENABEL to align mentoring/coaching with the program's goals.

✨ Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience mentoring or coaching Cooperatives, particularly in emerging markets.
• A strong background in entrepreneurship, business development, or innovation.
• Expertise in areas such as Cooperatives strategy, digital transformation, marketing, or financial planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for supporting youth entrepreneurs.
• Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in the Palestinian entrepreneurial ecosystem is a plus.
• Ability to provide actionable insights and strategic direction forCooperatives.

📅 Timeline

The mentoring and coaching program will run for 6 weeks, with sessions structured to meet the needs of participating Cooperatives. Specific schedules will be coordinated with selected mentors/coaches.
