SOS Children’s Villages is a worldwide organization in 133 countries that enables children to have a loving home with parents or caregivers. SOS Children’s Villages – Palestine is a member association of SOS Children’s Villages International.  We began our work in Palestine in 1966, the first SOS in the Middle East.

We work together with a single vision: every child belongs in a nurturing/family environment and grows with love, respect and security. Among other services, we provide family-like care (FLC) for children who have lost parental care and for whom this type of care setting is in their best interests.

We also work with vulnerable families and communities to empower families to take care of their children and prevent child-family separation. This is done by providing family strengthening services (FS).

SOS Children’s villages Palestine takes its Values as top priority in communicating and reflecting the brand image of the federation:

Courage: We take action

Commitment: we keep our promises

Trust: We believe in each other

Accountability: We are reliable partners.

Openness is a vital element of our federation culture. Through openness we learn from our work and each other. Transparency is also a cornerstone of the trust our donors, partners and beneficiaries place in us and should be visible on our official website.
