Bethlehem Arab Society for Rehabilitation (BASR) and in partnership with Johanniter International Assistance are seeking auditing services for conducting an external audit of the project “Improving access to labour market for people with disabilities and strengthening their economic participation in the West Bank” in Palestine Territories.”

Instructions and requirements for the requested service are listed in the Terms of Reference.

The evaluation of the received offers will be done taking into account the following:

• Detailed Budget/Price offer (in ILS)
• The auditor company’s experience (auditor profile/portfolio)
• The company should be an authorized audit firm.
• The company should be registered in the tax department, and is able to provide a valid deduction at source certificate.
• The company is able to submit the audit report in English
• The company should have an experience with NGOs and INGOs accountancy
