Renovation and facades beautification works

Project Name:Upgrading the YWCA of Jerusalem premises for increased impact on cultural and educational life in Jerusalem serving women, youth and children

1. The Young Women’s Christian Association of Jerusalem (hereinafter called “Client”) has received financing (hereinafter called “the funds”) toward the cost of Upgrading the YWCA of Jerusalem premises for increased impact on cultural and educational life in Jerusalem serving women, youth and children Project within the framework of the project ““Action for East Jerusalem’s Identity & Resilience” Pillar I – Large Investments for Education & Culture ” financed by the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) and implemented by the NGO Development Center (NDC). It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for“Renovation and facades beautification works.”

2. The Young Women’s Christian Association of Jerusalem now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of“Renovation and facades beautification works.”

3. Brief about the bid:

1. Renovation works of the fifth floor, including indoor and out door spaces;

2. Renovation works of the water well,

3. Facades beautification works.

4. Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of“Accounting department, YWCA of Jerusalem, 4 Ibn Jubeir St. in Sheikh Jarrah.”

5. Bidders shall provide list of similar works, and experienced teams, and reference.

6. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of “350 USD ”, as of 3.3.2025 until 19.3.2025 everyday expect for Friday & Sunday between 10:00-until 15:00 P.M .

7.Site visit will be conducted on Wedesday 19/3/2025 at 10:30 am.

8. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 2:00 pm on Tuesday 25 thMarch 2025

9. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 2:30 pm, on 25th March 2025 at the YWCA hall.

10. Bids must be delivered to the “Accounting department, 3rd floor, at YWCA of Jerusalem, 4 Ibn Jubeir St. in Sheikh Jarrah.” on or before 2:00 pm, on Tuesday 25th March 2025 and must be accompanied by a security of “13,000” Eurosكفالة دخول العطاء
